RUSSIAN CHARGE OF U.S. AID FOR CHINESE
LONDON, June 28.
Moscow Radio said: The United Spates is backing the Kuomintang to such an extent that every American man woman and child is contributing 30 dollars to keep the present regime in China. Moscow radio continues: This forces the Chinese press to obey, and be silent, and those who continue to resist have had their leaders arrested.
The Chinese people demand the immediate ‘termination of civil war, establishment of a democratic regime, and creation of a coalition Government representing all of the country’s democratic forces.
