GENERAL ELECTION
EXPECTED IN BRITAIN IN A FEW WEEKS (Rec. 6.30) LONDON. May 19. A general election in Britain m July is now more than ever likely, says “The Times’s” Parliamentary correspondent. He points out that most of the Labour Ministers are opposed to a continuance of the Coalition for the period of the Japanese war. He says that the Labour Party conference, is opening at Blackpool on Monday, and it is expected to support the Labour Ministers view.
