EX-SOLDIER’S FRAUD

£l3B IN PENSION PAY NEW PLYMOUTH, May 22. Three charges of false pretences, by failing to disclose his earnings, while he was in receipt of a pension allowance for war disabilities, were admitted in the Police Court to-day by a returned soldier of the Great War. His name wks suppressed. The sum involved was £l3B. Mr Woodward S.M. adjourned the case, pending a report from the Probation Officer.
