The proposed amendments will authorise firstly, the levy of a rate not exceeding l£d. in the pound on the capital value of the rateable property in the Town of Reefton and secondly the payment, to such extent as the Council thinks fit, of the cost of lighting in the Town of Reefton out of such rate. Copies of such Bill are deposited in the Magistrate’s Court.
