Board last evening reported that the depth on the bar at high water yesterday was 24ft 3in. The Hokitika sailed last evening for . Hokitika, toy load timber for Wellington. > The Holmlea arrived in the roadstead yesterday morning from Wanganui, and berthed late last night, to load timber for Onehunga and Port Waikato. The Kaimiro will sail this morning for Miramar and Wellington, if oar conditions permit. The Kiwitea is loading for Portland and Auckland, and. is expected to complete for despatch this evening.
The Titoki sailed late last evening for Castlecliff. She is to return on Tuesday to load for Nelson. The Poolta is expected early this morning from Wellington, and will load for Napier and Gisborne, completing at Westport.
