DUTCH WARSHIP

CAPTURES GERMAN STEAMER [Aus. & N.Z. .Cable Assn.] (Received December 12. 8.40 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 11. The United States Naw has announced that a Dutch destroyer, the Von Kinsbergen. captured a German steamship, the Rhein, after its crew had attempted to scuttle the vessel. The Navy said it had not been informed as to the exact location of the capture, but added: “The Rhein was in possession of a Dutch ship this morning off th e Cuban coast ”
