Fully Subscribed ISSUE OF WAR SAVINGS CERTIFICATES. (Received March 13, 1.20 a.m.) CANBERRA. March 12. The Federal Acting-Treasurer, Mr Spender, announced to-night that Australia’s eighteen million war loan is closing to-morrow, fully subscribed. He added that war savings certificates in of £l, £5 and £lO would be on sale from March 18.
