OFFICIALS ELECTED
Parliamentary Assn. PARLIAMENT BLDGS., Aug. 24. Routine business was transacted at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Branch of the Empire Parliamentary Association to-day. The following officers were elected: —Presidents: The Speaker of the Legislative Council, Hon. Mark Fagan, and the Speaker of the House, Hon. W. E. Barnard; Vice-Presidents: The Prime Minister (Rt. Hon. M. J- Savage), Leader of the Opposition (Hon. A. Hamilton), the Leader of the Legislative Council (Hon. D. Wilson), Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, and Sir James Allen; Honorary Treasurer, Sir Heaton Rhodes: Honorary Auditors, Mr. W. J. Lyon ana Hon. W. Perry; Honorary Secretary, the Clerk of Parliaments (Mr. C. *M. Bothamley); Executive Committee. the Minister of Finance (Hon. W. Nash), Minister of Education (Hon. P. Fraser), the Chairman of Committees (Mr. R. McKeen), Mr. A. Ransom, Mr. C. M. Wilkinson and Mi.
