There is a Senate Sub.Committeu investigating labour bspionage. At to-day’s hearing there wore letters introduced as evidence which disclosed that 4 ’ te-aT.gasumach-toe-gun salesman of the Federal Laboratories Corporatiion was so eager t.o sell his wares to the San Francisco police in July of, 1934, that he seriously . wounded striking longshoremen witilu gas.bnmbing apparatus, thereby winning a compliment from his employers..!.Witness stated that such a bomb was not called for. It ha®, apparently been used only because a news cinema film was being taken.
