There is also one Hokitika civil action. ( n aup-ml. —Mor-is (Mr I Patterson) v. Gillett (Mr L. E. Morgan), appeal against Warden’s decision as to forfeiture of a special quartz claim. Golden Sands, Ltd. (Mr Brosnan) v. Bourke Bros., appeal against Warden’s decision as to ; (a) Injunction; (b) Damages. One mining appeal from Hokitika In Divorce:— Absalom (Mr Hannan) v. Absalom, separation three years. O’Connor (Mr Brosnan) v. O’Connor, motion for decree absolute.

In bankruptcy:— Ernest Hunt Becker (Mr F. A. Kitchingham) motion tor discharge.
