GETTING DIVORCE NEXT MONTH (Received December 3d at 7 pm.) EOS ANGELES, December 28. An attorney, representing Mary Pickford announced that lie would press a divorce suit against Douglas Fairbanks immediately after January Ist, thus answering recent rumours that, the famous movie couple were On the way to a reconciliation. The suit has been pending over a year. It is expected that an interlocutory decree will be issued within a month.
