ANTI-COMMUNISTS
ACTION IN FINLAND. (Aus. and N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received October 21 at 8 p.m.) HELSINGFOR, October 20. An amazing development in the anti-Communist Campaign wa s witnessed when 404 men. belonging to an anti-Communist Qi’ganisaition known as the Lapua, voluntarily surrendered to the authorities, and confessed to having participated in the kidnapping of Communists am’l the other illegal acts. A deputation from th e organisation handed a list of offenders to. the Minister for the Interior, who expressed his thanks and said that he appreciated the causes for which the Lapua was created. He believed that th ? k Courta would recognise that all the members had acted from patriotic motives. Only two of the men confessing to the kidnapiimg of Finnish Communist
