FRENCH CONCESSIONS

TO STRESEMANN. On Rhineland Question. Aus. and N.Z. Assn and Sun Cable., (Received December 13 at 8 p.m.) LONDON. December 13. The “Daily Telegraph’s” French ccrrespondent at Lugano states that M. Briand, during a two hours conference, made important concessions to Herr Stresemann, to the effect that negotiations for the evacuation of the Rhineland will be conducted simultaneously with the reparation pourparlers. This implies that a- soon as the experts’ recommendations have resulted in an agreement between the Governments concerned, France will not insist in the funding of the German debt before recalling her troops.
