WELLINGTON, Dec/mber 12. Arrived at 12.45 p.m Mawhera, from Greymouth. NOTES. The depth of the bar at high watei yesterday was 21 feet 7 inch/ s. The Kartigi sailed at noon yesterday with timber for Melbourne. The Kanna arrived yesterday from Wellington, and is loading coal, timber and general cargo for Miramar and Wellington, sailing to-mojrrow. Th e Kamona arrived iast night from Auckland, and will load coal for return.

The Pukeko left Gisborne on Tuesday for Greymouth, t'o load coal for Waikokupu. The Kaitangata is due on Saturday from Wellington to load coal for Gisborne and Auckland. The Gabriella is due at Greymouth tomorrow to load timber for Melbourne and Sydney . The R-egulus left Wellington yesterday for Nelson, Wl'atport and Greymouth’ with general cargo'. After discharge she will load coal for Nelson. The Orepuki arrived last night from Tarakohe direct to load coal for Wanganui.
