TEN THOUSAND AT ALBERT HALL. LONDON, December 9. Ten thousand participated in the Toe H birthday festival, which began wit.i the Dean’s service at Westminster Abbey. to which they marched, headed by Lord Plumer, Burgomaster of Ypres 140 padres, and 275 banner bearer, from branches throughout the Empire.
