COMPASSES WORKTKS BADLY. VANCOUVER, December 11. ~Byrl radioed: * ‘Hundred milea south of Scott Island, now amongst the f’at topped bergs, flurries an 1 snow, with the ice pack evidently very near. Hie compasses working badly, giving wrong indications. The curve is up and down like a snake, and that seems to b e normal, but I guess we arq alright. Th© wireless is working W'll. ,r
