CRUDE PETROL

Discovered at Kimberley SYDNEY, December 12. The Federal Government has received an expert’s report on the oil discovery at Poole Range, Kimberley, Western Australia. The report states that bores of 2087 feet gave a definite showing of normal crude petroleum, and the prospects of obtaining petroleum on the Poole Range, and also in other parts of the Kimberley division, were distinctly good.
