The Tunis’s Riga correspondent states that Parliament has approved of a budget aiming at an increase of 20 to 30 millioifs sterling revenue frqm Vodka, despite the objection by some members, that this is incompatible with the professed desire to reduce drunkenness. The finance commissar Bruiklianoff de" dared that additional money was essential. .. cause the army estimates had been increased by ninety-five millions.
