After a seventeen hours’ sitting, the London County Council approved of a traffic pool providing agreements between the Underground Electric anil other traffic concerns ami the London Tramways. The Labour Party forced twentyeight divisions throughout the night, alleging that the object of the pool was to give the Underground Railways a monopoly of London traffic. The scheme goes before Parliament.
