WELLINGTON, December 11A record passage from England, to New Zealand was completl d tonight, when the Shaw Savill and Albion Company"twin screw oil burning turbine liner Tamaroa arrived in the stream at Wellington at 9.45 p.m., from Southampton, via the Panama CanaL stealing time for the wholh passage, was only 30 days 17 hours 32 minutes, an average speed of 15.1. knota. This lowers the record established by the- Mataroa, a sister ship to \tho Tamaroa, by 20 hours, 57 minutes.
