WELLINGTON, December 10. The Dominion meteorologist’s for - cast is as follows: —A shallow cyclone is still centred just east of Cook Strait, while a moderate anti-cyclon' covers the westim Tasman Sea. Moderate to strong south-west to southerly winds; rather rough .4 ias in Cook and Fovcaux Straits, and on the East Coast, south of East Cape. Elsewhere moderate to fresh south-west to southerly winds, and moderate 1 seas in the eastern Tasman. Weather still cool, cloudy and unsettled; with showers or misty rain in most districts, but mainly fair on the West Coast of thh South Island, and grade ally improving elsewhere.
