THE “NEW REVEILLE.”

Another Enthusiastic Audience. That the “New Reveille’’ is the mobt popular amateur entertainment that has ever yet been offered to local patrons was again demonstrated last evening, when a. crowded house was again in evidence at the Town Hall. It is a feather in the cap of Mr W. Lints, that, he can produce such a show, for it is almost unprecedented in the annals of Coast theatricalisin for any entertainment, to enjoy such a splendid run as the “New Reville.’’ Due credit must al:o be given to the performers, for they have proved themselves capable of holding their own amongst the amateurs of any part of the Dominion, and it is pleasing t.» think that we have such t,alent in our midst. Last evening several new changes in the programme were presented, which, together with the other numbers, were given a hearty welcome by the audience. The skilful blending 1 of comedy, dancing and singing is a feature that makes the “New Reveille” such a success, for it is rarely that such a combination is experienced in any entertainment. Without any exaggeration the Ballets can be claimed as being equal to any professional performances that have been given hero, while the solo dancers stand out in ft class of their own as being expert exponents of the terpsichorean art. It is indeed a treat to attend such a highclass performance, with the knowledge that the talent is culled purely from our midst. The “N«?w Reveille” has two more nights to run, and in view of the excellence of the entertainment it can be predicted that the Town Hall will be packed to its utmost. To-nighi will see a programme of all the “star” turns, a programme which should appeal to every man, woman and child in the district.
