Tn the tenth round of a fifteen rounds contest to-night, Billy McAllister, bantamweight champion of Australia, knocked out Frank Taylor, of Auckland. The bout was marked'by much holding by Taylor? Twice he had Cotterill down for nine in the third round, and when the Petone man went down again, the referee stopped the fight. Both men were fighting their first professional bout.
