MISSING SOLICITOR.

EMPTY CAR FOUND IN RIVER BRIDGE. CAMBRIDGE, December 10. Alfred Henry Gascoigne, ag d 50, a well known solicitor, and late senior partner of the Cambridge legal firm, Gascoigne and Kingsford, is missing. He left his home at, Leamington this morning, in a car to driv>- his sun to the railway station. Subsequently the ear was found in the centre of a high level bridge, which spans the Waikat'o River. As he had not returned, th! ' police- were notified, and madF a search, but found no trace of the missing man. Deceased had been in ill health lately, and was very depress d. On account of Gascoigne’s health, the partnership was dissolved on, Saturday last. Gascoigne has a wife and two sons, aged 18 and 16.
