The “Daily News” Moscow, correspondent says that messages received by aeroplane from Kabul declare that the Afghan reU-'liion is spreading. This is causing ill disguised uneasiness in Moscow, where it is feared that Afghanistan, weaibued by civil war, may skip back uidm- the British protectorate. Members of the Soviet allege that the arms and ammunition captured from the rebels are ail of British manufacture, filso that Kabul ’possesses documentary proof that foreign agtints fomented the revolt, and even suggest that Colonel Lawrence, the uncrowned King of Arabia, during wartime, is active in the war zone. They add that though Ainanullah has retaken Jellalabad with aeroplanes, the g ,ft of Moscow during the King’s visit; dropping both bombs and pacific messages; repression will be a long and serious business.
