N.Z. v. Australia. VISITING TEAM ARRIVES TO-DAY WELLINGTON, January 16. The second contest for the KirkV'indeyor Cup, and the annual contest between the golfing teams of Australia and New Zealand will bo played on the Miramar links on Monday, January 30. The Australian team, of four players, and one emergency, will arrive by the Afar am a from Sydney to-morrow, and they will be accompanied by some 17 enthusiastics. A preliminary tourney will be held at Miramar on January 26, 27 and 28, and at this two other players will be selected to join S. Morpeth and S. W. Horton, to complete the New Zealand team to defend the Cup which was won by the New Zealand team at Sydney last season.
