BULLY FINED. WELLINGTON, January 11. Anker Jacob* Carlo Jensen, 31, was to-day fined £lO for assaulting one, Murdock half the fine to go to Murdock . Two witnesses said that they saw defendant striking Murdock while the latter lay on the ground unconscious Three stitches had to be put in Murdock’s head. Jensen,, it whs stated was on probation for assaulting an old man at Christchurch, breaking his collarbone Murdock had refused to lend Jensen five shillings.
