rpilE WILL AND THE WAY. No. 24. ADVISORY TRUSTEES. A previous article on “The Big Estate” pointed out that the testators could arrange for the' appointment of advisory trustees to co-operate with the State-guaranteed Public Trustee. Such advisory trustees may be the family solicitors or business associates of the testator or other persons who are specially fitted to act in an advisory capacity in the practical management of the estate. Several advisory trustees may be appointed in each estate to advise with regard to the administration of any particular asset or the maintenance and education of children or other dependants, or any other special feature of the estate in which expert or special assistance is desirable. By this means any testator is enabled to obtain for his estate all the advantages of the State-guaranteed Public Trust Office, combined with special business knowledge or ability of the persons whom he selects to act as advisory trustees. For full information apply to the PUBLIC TRUSTEE, Wellington, or to Mr T. R. Saywell, District Public Trustee, Greymouth. Agencies also at Reefton. and Westport, and part time office at Hokitika.
