BADLY NEEDED.
IMPROVEMENT OF RUGBY. DISSENSION IN WELLINGTON. W ELLINGTON, October 13. Soccer football is not alone in Wellington in its internal troubles. For some time there has been unrest in Rugby Union circles also, and this found expression in a motion to amend the constitution of the Management Committee, which was finally discussed last night. The malcontents were defeated by a large majority, and the present management upheld. A motion to consider the present state of Rugby in Wellington, and devise ways and means to improve tho standard of play was carried without discussion, and after the past season’s experience, it was badly needed.
