Artists in window dressing, lli' ir show wThdow in Mawhera Quay is one ol'the sights of Greymouth. Entering from the Mawhera Quay, entrance, one encounters the Mercery Department. .Everything is neat and trim, and the liriu show some wonderful values. Then comes the Dress Department, where all the mysteries of feminine avear pro displayed to the delighted fail- sex—crepe de Chines, voiles, sponge cloths, ginghams, and coloured crepes, are everywhere. Next comes the fancy department, with its ribbons and laces—frail, flimsy-look-ing laces, with choice designs. Tn<m through a line archway one comes to a carpet and rug department, where' the latest designs of carpets and rugs, are desplayed. Further on, hi the millinery show room, there are scores of hats arranged in such a manner as to tempt money from the pocket or the most thrifty housewife.
