GENOA CONFERENCE.

TURKEY NOT INVITED. LONDON, Jan 17. Lloyd George’s advisers at Genoa will be Sir K. Horne, B. P. Blackett and other Treasury officials. The personnel of the conference will probably comprise 1000 and it will probably be the biggest international gathering since the peace conference. ROME, Jan 17. Twenty-four European nations have been invited to Genoa, and also representatives of the United States, Japan and British Dominions, but Turkey has not been invited. WILL U.S.A. ATTEND. (Received January 10, 10.30 p.m.) WASHINGTON, January 18. The United States Government has received from the Italian Government an invitation to the Genoa Economic Conference. No decision has been readied over it. Probably it will be several days before any reply is transmitted.
