UNIONISTS’ VIEWS LONDON, Jan 17. The Unionist reconstruction committee adopted a resolution that there should not be a general election until Second Chamber reform economy, and trade revival are carried out.
WILL DOMINION EE REPRESENTED? LONDON, Jan 17. It is still doubtful whether the British Dominions will be represented at the Genoa conference. It is understood that they have been formally sounded, and the issue of the invitations depends to some extent on the character of the reply.
