A message dated November 25th states that a revolution had broken out in the Ukraine.
The Ukranians at Constantinople are urging the Allies to occupy the Russian Black Sea ports.
PARIS, December 4
A Russian wireless message states: Allied troops have crossed the Beasarabian frontier and have entered the Ukraine.
NATIONAL UNION IN CONTROL,
SEVERE BATTLE AT KIEFF. MANY CASUALTIES.

LONDON, December 7
Swiss reports state that the forces of the Ukranian National Union now control all the Ukraine. They occupied Kiefl! after a severe battle, the casualties in which were ten thousand.
