A GERMAN REPORT

LONDON, November 11. A German oftioial report states: An armistice was signed at 5 on the morning, and -operates at eleven on the morning of November 11th.
A' delay pf 24 liburs for the evacuation to the Rhine, has been agreed to. This' is besides the five days originally arranged, making 31 days in all:. A modification of the text compared with that brought by Hellodorf (the courier) will be transmitted. Th 6 above- apparently refers to a condition of the armistice tefms.
