PETROGRAD BOMBED
Reuter 's Telegrams. (Rec. March 4, 7 p.m.) PETROGRAD, March 3. A German aeroplane bombed the city and killed 3 and wounded 5. GERMAN PROSPECTS IN PETROGRAD. THREE MILLIONS TO FEED. (Rec. March 4. 3 p.m.) PARIS, March 3. Mr. Shaplen, the United Press correspondent interviewed Kalegayiff, Commissioner of Agriculture, who said the war continues irrespective of the signing of peace at Brest Litovsk. The Germans occupy only the breadless provinces. If they take Petrograd they must feed three million of inhabitants. Military successes will therefore tighten the economic noose round the German neck.
