(By Electric Telegraph— Copyright.) (Per United Press Association.) (Red. 12.30 a.m.) # LONDON, Oct. 5. Mr. J. Redmond, speaking at Wexford, said that after a short delay Home Kule would be in operation and would prove a blessing in disguise.

At the proper time they would concentrate their energy and- make the Amending Bill a real one and not a Bill to mutilate and divide Ireland. He always considered civil war imp&ssible.

He urged Catholics and Protestants to unite and solve the Home Eule problem. .

Mr. O'Brien, speaking at Cork, said that it required" the utmost discretion and toleration to lift up Home Eule out of the rut wherein it had been jammed. He and Mr. Eedmond had now agreed as to the right thing. ,
