DIVISION OF BY-LAWS. , , $ 2. . These by-laws are divided into t eleven parts, .numbered 1 to 11 inclu-' I sive, each of which parts is divided into 1 - sections. The schedules appended to c these by-laws shall be deemed to for mi* part thereof, and a s^gh* deviation j I from the forms prescribed, but to the same "effect and not calculated fco mislead, shall not vitiate them. . INTERPRETATION. ; 3. In these, by-laws if nofcinconsret ent with or repugnant to the context "Billiard Room" means- and includes every .room to which the public are admitted, and which is or may be used fox the purpose of playing billiards,, pool, pyramids, bagatelle, or other games of a like nature for payment, but does not include a billiard room in any premises licensed under ' 'The Licensing Act, 1908)" or a club. ' "Bridge" and "Culvert'; means any bridge or culvert respectively .;■. under - the care, control, or management of the Grey County Council, or any bridge or culvert within the' Grey County as to which the said Grey County Council has by law, authority to make this by-law, or as to which the same is capable of operating.
