Mr. Ponsonby declared that hereditary titles were a relic of the ,past, and were the main cause of the snobbishness, ( sycophancy and flunkeyism of British lifeMr. G. L. T. LockerrLampson intends to ask the Government to adopt . the Bill he has introduced to prohibit ' the traffic in titles and honors.
