LO'tfDON, May 28. I Lord Dunraven in a letter to the ' Times says tihat there is only one wav out of- the Home; Rule impasse. The Government should drop the bill and call on Irish 1 convention representing all parties when the Commons are in recess, and draft- a new bill Ulster would then have no lojricn to refuse to contribute her ideas on Irish self-government.
