The fears of the disorder m Ulster 1 last nigjht as a Result of Nationalist, jubilation were -not realised, t Londonderry never „ passed a more peaceful evening. Xhere was, a good deal,, of light-hearted promenading- in .the main streets. Everywhere else was quiet as a village graveyards. But it was an am ed stillness. There was no rejoicing ot any sort, excepting that there was a little b?nd playing in a few southern towns. In Dublin one public house vas illuminated, but the people^ r»re more concerned about the Derby winter than anything 1 else. The lack of enthusiasm is attribut ed to the feeling; that the end has .not yet been reached. Tue Nalioialists fear that the' bill, will prove in- \ effective except upon a basis of perImanent partition.
