LONDON, May 18. -The "Irish Independent" is frankly alarmed at the Home Rule situation, and urges that Mr. Redmond's hands should be strengthened for a virile agitation in the countryOne of the Belfast papers, the "Irish News," declares that the. exclusion of Ulster will be sternly and successfully resisted tinder all conceivable circumstances.
