The unexpected Kappened, however,;; aiid it- gradually. became known that .a writ of attachment had been issued by tEe ViceAdmi/r'alty 'Court restraihiiDg : the vessel from sailing, pending the settle-' ment of claims against her. - The writ was issued ; af the instance of Messrs .Stevenson and ' Ooqk, Port Chahners; and it is understood that the amount involved is abouf'^4oo.
