"REVOLUTION." MELBOURNE, Sept. 20. The 1 House adopted the Address-In-Reply.

Mr Kelly -(NiS.W.) asked if the Federal Parliament would consider the advisability of sending- troops to quell the "revolution" in the New South Wales Parliament.

The Speak-etr ruled that the question was inadmissable.
