WIRELESS ON THE OTRANTO
The Orient Company's R.M.S. Otranito from London, i s now' at Sydney having arrived on Thursday. Thro oughout the trip the liner was in communication by means of wireless telegraphy with various stations. From England to Port Said chief items of the world's news wer received on baord. The distances covered were 1870 miles, 950 miles, and 975 miles. It j : s under-^ stood that Marconi will establish a powerful station at Fiji. Oil the Canary Islands another station is to be fitted out. . >
