OTTAWA, Nov. 22. "iss The debate in the Dominion House of Commons on 'the address in reply was stormy.

The recent defeat of Sir Wilfrid Laurier's naval policy in the Quebec province was utilised by the Conservatives io attack 'the administration.

The Prime Minister quoted from a pamphlet showing the horrors of con scription used by Mr Drummond in the bye-election at Athabasca and demanded die name of the Avriter.
