Line • a pie dish with geod puffpaste. Fill with St. George Pie Apricots, and cover with a good custard. Bake in a quick oven for" h'alf-an-hour. Serve with syrup' of fruit.. :
APRICOT DUMPLINGS
Make a nice suet crust with three cups flour, two cups finely-grated suet, and pinch of salt. Roll out and form into rounds. Place one apricot (from ♦in of ST. GEORGE PIE APRICOTS)
