(Reed. 20th, 12.S a.m.) PERTH, April 19The annual meeting of the Westralian Alliance adopted the report of the secretary and condemned the report of Mr Carson, Special Commissioner, on the grounds he did not interview the heads of the temperance party in New Zealand.
