TROOPS ARRIVING.
(Reed. 19th, 12.55 a.m.)
LONDON, April 18. Router's correspondent reports that two miltary trains. With 1600 infantry from Salonika, arrived at Spartskulkh, 76 . kilometres from Constantinople, and 7000 are expected on Sunday, including the Adrianople sympathisers. Earfv in the week the Committee expect 20,000" within striking distance of Constantinople. The Chamber sent a deputation, iucluding two Pashas, three Ulemas, and three Deputies, to meet the Salonika troops, and failed to convince i\lhem that -a revolution did riot mean a [disturbance of the Constitution.
