(Received Oct 6Jh 11 35 p.m) SYDNEY, Oct 6. At the Land Commission a number of Bank officials were examined regarding Mr Crick's banking accounts. Peter Close gave evidencl- of receiving £500 commission of which he handed Mr Crick half, a bank manager deposed that tlie owner of this property in June: 1901 drew £500 from his account.
