PRINCE BULOW'S ADVANCES. " LET THE FACTS SPEAK." - SCEPTICAL PARISIAN NEWSPAPERS. (per press association.) (Received Oct. 6tb, at 5.31 p.m ) PARIS, Oct 6. Mj Delcasse, Miuister for Foreign Affairs, was yesterday invited to reply to Prince. Bulow's interview. He wrote:— "lt is better to let the faefcs speak for themselves, which they do with sufficient eloquence." The Parisian journals' comments on Prince Bnlow's utterancas are decidedly ciitical and distrustful in tone.
